The ab workout consists of the below instructions:
- 20 seconds of bicycles
- 20 second plank walk
- 20 seconds of v-sits
Of course, additional repetitions will burn more calories and grow endurance over time as the abs gets stronger. Before long, “give me five minutes” will carry a whole new meaning.
