75-Year-Old Woman Becomes Fitness Influencer After Losing 60 Pounds
Anyone who cites old age as a roadblock keeping them from getting in shape needs to start following Joan MacDonald on Instagram. The now 75-year-old woman has inspired more than a million people who follow her social media posts, after she lost more than 60 pounds in her 70’s. Five years ago, MacDonald was struggling to climb a flight of stairs, according to Good Morning America, but her daughter, a fitness coach, challenged her to make the necessary lifestyle changes to improve her health.
