If Lauren Giraldo’s unorthodox workout were a Hollywood movie, it’d be climbing up the charts right now. The social media influencer told TODAY that she felt intimidated going to the gym, so she turned to her treadmill for help. Since Giraldo doesn’t enjoy running, she played around with the settings and decided to spike the incline all the way up to 12.
