Blake Lively’s Celebrity Fitness Trainer Shares Workout Tips
As a busy mom of three, Blake Lively approaches her fitness routine from a ‘work smarter, not harder’ perspective, with a focus on consistency. Joe Saladino, Lively’s longtime trainer, recently shared a portion of his six-week program, “Train Like Blake Lively,” with E! News and revealed some of the ways the 34-year-old actress keeps her figure despite her demanding schedule. Some of the workouts include push-ups, broad jumps, farmers carries and goblet squats.
