Easy Summer Fitness Routines from Instagram Trainer Savannah Freed
Before the pandemic, Savannah Freed had a modest, ordinary following on Instagram. After she utilized fitness to lift her spirits during the lockdowns, Freed decided to get certified in group fitness while her easy-to-follow workouts garnered her a massive audience on social media. Last week she shared simple tips on TODAY. “Start with small goals, like going on a 10 min walk twice a week,” Freed said. She suggests telling your family or saying them out loud to ensure they resonate in your mind. “That’s going to give you even more confidence to set bigger goals.” Freed also demonstrated easy exercises that are perfect for the summertime, using a beach chair, a park bench and a pool noodle.
