Florida School System Testing Out Tom Brady’s Fitness Plan
Tom Brady’s championship caliber football skills aren’t the only thing he’s blessed the Sunshine State with in recent years. Ten schools in Pinellas County are participating in a pilot program of Brady’s fitness program, The Hill reports. TB12 Foundation, the star quarterback’s nonprofit, partnered with the county and Pinellas Education Foundation to implement the program. The program focuses on five pillars: pliability, nutrition, hydration, movement and mental fitness. “We encourage a balanced approach to nutrition with a mostly plant-based diet,” the TB12 website states. Given the 45-year-old’s unrivaled longevity, as the oldest quarterback to ever win a Super Bowl, Brady’s program is probably one that can benefit people of all ages. Read more.
