Here’s Your ‘One Punch Man’ Workout Complete Guide
One of the latest and greatest fitness routines currently making waves on the internet is the ‘One Punch Man’ workout. Although it may have a catchy name and sound simple, it’s no cakewalk. Based on an anime character who implements the demanding workout to prepare himself for heroic feats against a monstrous villain, the exercise routine includes 100 pushups, 100 squats, 100 sit-ups and a 10-kilometer run. There are 10 different ‘levels’ that help beginners build up those impressive figures over the course of 30 days. Of course, those who aren’t in the best physical conditioning at the outset may be at a high-risk for injury.
