Harry King, an 81-year-old fitness trainer in South Carolina, knows how to motivate and connect with his senior clientele. “It’s never too late to start on your fitness journey,” King told Fox News. “Don’t think you’re too old.” Having the right goals can help bring the motivation necessary to stay active. For King, that includes playing on the ground with his grandchildren.
